GET OFF THE GRID FEST is coming to town! Held in August at Camp Jordan, this solar powered 3-day, 3-stage, music and sustainability festival will feature workshops, hands-on activities, and panel discussions from over 50 speakers in the fields of energy and the environment, food and agriculture, health and wellness, and arts and community.
Learn about Get Off the Grid’s efforts to engage, enlighten and empower during the Charette held at Crabtree Farms on Sunday, April 18 from 12-9pm. This FREE kick-off “share-it” event is a mini version of the festival that will feature brief presentations, sustainably produced food trucks, movement sessions, a small vendors market, musical performances and dance workshops.
Meet the Crew! This ‘roll out’ is an introduction of Get Off the Grid Fest to the key organizations, potential sponsors and vendors from the area who are involved in promoting renewable energy and sustainable practices who may become more central to the organization and manifestation of the summer event.
Most importantly, this springtime preview is an opportunity for interested citizens, local organizations and activists to provide input on what they would like to see offered at this summer’s festival in the areas of renewable energy, food and health self-sufficiency, and eco-justice.
Join us at Crabtree Farms on April 18th to deepen your involvement and participate in the gathering as a volunteer, presenter, performer, vendor or possibly as a staff member.
We ask you not to contact the school directly. If you have questions, we have a full staff ready to help you!
